I came to El Valle ten years ago and couldn't believe I'd never heard of it.
The landscapes, the people, the history — the richness of this place stopped me in my tracks. I'd traveled widely and never felt anything quite like it. I became part of this community when it was still a small fishing village.
What I recognized early wasn't an opportunity — it was a moment. A place whose character was still intact, where the choices made in the next few years would determine whether it kept its soul or lost it.
I stayed. I built tourism first, then development. Leisy and I built projects from the ground up with no prior experience — learning everything the hard way, project by project. What we've learned: the land here is extraordinary, the community is real, and the people who find this place tend to stay.
Our mission is to bring aligned investors to develop El Valle regeneratively — in a way that stays true to the essence that's made it special from the very beginning.
